AT-HOME THERAPY APPOINTMENTS (50 minutes)
Saturday At-home visits offer therapy in the comfort of your own residence.
Teresa provides indivduals the same personalised therapuetic experience as she would during in-clinic sessions.
Advantages of At-Home Therapy include:

CLINICAL SUPERVISION (1 hour)
In professions concerned with mental health, supervision is a requirement and considered an important tool for professional development and enhancing clinical practice. The role of supervision is to acquire and maintain proficiency in the 8 Core Competencies of a psychologist, in addition to a restorative (emotional support), normative (maintaining professional standards) and formative (developing supervisee’s skills) role (Hall, Kasujja & Oakes, 2015). Such work ultimately improves the depth and breadth of service provided to clients.
In 2022 Teresa became a Board-approved supervisor. She endeavours to provide mental health practitioners a safe, supportive and non judgemental environment where trust and authenticity can develop between supervisee and supervisor.
Teresa has a special interest in supervising novice mental health practitioners, however is able to supervise fully qualified practitioners, plus individual psychologists and/or small groups undertaking the following programs:
